Alice Pack Shelf W/2 Straps

The cargo shelf is very simply slipped onto either the middle or bottom of a Alice pack frame. It is used to support heavier loads such as field rations, ammunition, or other bulky items. The tie down strap buckle is made for a very secure hold of the load to the frame. Straps are NEW but show some storage wear.
